Management Development Programme

Pitch Level: First Line Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders

BOOK HERE

This course is designed to embed learning ‘as you go’. The modular design has been tried and tested over many years and participants regularly report that they find the support of their peer group and the development of relationships and learning over time the most rewarding and effective way to learn. They often make connections that continue further into their management careers.

The programme includes a pre-course questionnaire to ignite the delegates curiosity and prepare them for learning, action planning and implementation after each module, and an additional post course review which can be held with the delegates manager and the course tutor.
Managers of the course delegates are encouraged to discuss action plans and learning points throughout the course in order to support the learning process.

Facilitated by a self-confessed 'long in the tooth' manager, Clive's style is practical and down to earth. See more about Clive here.
